Operating efficiency

Enhancement of operating efficiency is amongst Vozrozhdenie Bank’s priorities. The bank implements a wide range of centralisation, standardisation and automation measures in its operations in the Head Office and throughout the branch network, thereby enhancing efficiency of business and quality of services. The bank considers the optimisation and improvement of its operations efficiency to be an ongoing process covering all activities.

OPERATING CENTRE

Within the optimisation of its operating model, Vozrozhdenie Bank launched the Operating Centre, which should centralise business processes that do not require direct contact with the clients. The work of the Operating Centre is based on the use of centralised automated systems, standardised technologies and electronic document flow. Routine operations are performed in an automated mode, which contributes to the quality and efficiency of customer service.

The Operating Centre has been functioning in Mytishchi, the Moscow Region, since 2012 and currently performs the following functions:

  • opening/closing of accounts, handling client profiles for legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals engaged in private practice in accordance with legislation of the Russian Federation
  • currency control over payments
  • processing of tax authorities’ decisions received under the Regulation of the Bank of Russia No. 365-P
  • responses to requests from the tax authorities, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other authorities
  • introduction of automated processing technology in the Automated banking system for reception and execution of customers’ orders for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs through the centralised system of remote banking services
  • processing customer inquiries received by the bank through the centralised system of remote banking services
  • processing decisions in respect to individuals made by the Federal Bailiff Service and received in hardcopy
